Affordable Cruises Welcomes You!

My Last Cruise

There is nothing as relaxing as going on a cruise with no need to rush from site to site where you come back utterly exhausted. The last ship I took, the SS Helsinki, was a fine old ship that had great prices if you took the lower berths. I did not mind these lower berths and smaller rooms and saved a good bit of change. A cruise is relaxing like the word cruise means. When you are flying at cruising speed, you are just going along without speed and without being too slow. It's the same with a ship.

Everyone should experience a cruise once in their lifetime. The personnel aboard the ship SS Helsinki were professional and catered to my every whim. Their room service was spectacular. Aboard a cruise, you can enjoy swimming and almost any other sport since even the smallest cruise ships are immense. You will not get seasick, for even on the roughest seas these great ships stay steady. Dining is an almost hourly occurrence and if you are not careful, you may put on a few pounds. There are meals, snacks, and beverages almost hourly.

On a cruise, it is customary to get topside and see the ocean and the horizon. We sailed from London to Rio de Janeiro, supposedly a rough route, but not a wave was felt. I forgot I was on the ocean. When I earn a bit more money, I will try to get a berth higher up and larger since it requires a bit less walking.

If you go with a significant other, you will have fun. If you go on a cruise alone, you are guaranteed to meet others with similar interests. Many people I know have met their spouses on a cruise they had taken. The next chance you get, book a cruise. You will not be sorry.
